I'm Brahian Benitez
Owner of Rubio’s Pro Brahian Benitez has a passion for managing building jobs to the highest
standard and getting them right for customers.
Brahian started Rubio’s Pro after gaining experience in different areas of construction. His sound
work ethic and high standard of detailed work soon drew referrals to take on renovation projects
himself.
From there he took the next step to start his own building company. “I studied Business
Administration and found that my passion was managing building projects with the support of
expert tradespeople.”
The qualified team at Rubio’s Pro specialise in delivering quality home renovations. “Our goal is to
deliver high quality work while looking after both our clients and our team.”
Brahian’s values are centred around accountability and respect, ensuring strong relationships with
clients. “Good communication with our clients is very important and this also helps us to navigate
those challenges that can arise during the project.”

I added a job on no-cowboys to line and insulate the ceiling in the living areas in my house. Rubois pro responded almost immediately and came around to quote my job. The quote was really good and so I went with them. From first communication to the completion of the job all took place in less than a week which was so much faster than I ever expected. Rubios Pro completed an excellent job of my recent roof replacement. In addition to replacing the roof, I also had new insulation, gutters and downpipes fitted. The work was completed to a high standard by Brahian and his team. Brahian kept me well-appraised of the work as it progressed. The Wellington weather did not help but Brahian communicated regularly with me regarding where the project was at. Brahian's prices are competitive & I highly recommend him and his team if you are looking for a good quality job. Thanks again for my new roof!
