I added a job on no-cowboys to line and insulate the ceiling in the living areas in my house. Rubois pro responded almost immediately and came around to quote my job. Rubios Pro completed an excellent job of my recent roof replacement. In addition to replacing the roof, I also had new insulation, gutters and downpipes fitted. The work was completed to a high standard by Brahian and his team. Brahian kept me well-appraised of the work as it progressed. The Wellington weather did not help but Brahian communicated regularly with me regarding where the project was at. Frequently asked questions
Will I be able to request changes during the project?
If you change your mind about something, we’ll try to accommodate your wishes. We will create a variation for the work and can progress with the changes once signed off by the client.
At what point in the process am I committed to spending money?
The initial consultation and scoping part of our process is free. You will pay a designer to draw your plans for you, but as far as Rubio’s Pro is concerned you are committed once you sign the contract. However, you may rest assured that we provide a fixed price quote and there will be no variation to the price unless agreed and signed off by yourself.
I have home renovation ideas but don't know how to bring them to life. Can you help?
Yes, absolutely. One of our senior team will discuss your ideas with you and provide any help and suggestions you need. We also have a preferred designer we work with who can draw up plans for you.
Will the rubble be removed and cleaned up during or after completion of the project?
Yes, we will keep a tidy construction area during the work and clear away debris afterward. These charges are all incorporated into the pricing.
Can I live in my house while the renovation/alteration is under way?
Usually, you will be able to stay in your house. However, you may need to cordon off areas being renovated for safety if you have pets or children, or to keep the rest of your home clean.
